To complete: add the contact routes you actually monitor — a support email address at minimum, plus any social accounts, phone number or postal address you want public. Do not publish a channel nobody checks.
We answer a high volume of messages, so please allow a little time for a reply. Including a link to the page you are writing about gets you a faster and more useful answer.
What we can and cannot help with
hfreedom.com is a publisher. We do not sell products, take orders, ship anything or issue refunds. If your question is about an order you placed — where it is, what happened to it, how to return it — the retailer is the only party who can help, and contacting them directly will be much quicker.
What we can help with:
- A coupon on our site that did not apply at checkout.
- A factual error in a guide, a store page or a policy.
- Questions about how we rank, score or make money.
- Press, partnership and writing enquiries.
- Data requests under our privacy policy.
