The editorial content on hfreedom.com — our reviews, buying guides, coupon descriptions, page layouts and original images — belongs to us. Retailer names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the stores we cover. Their presence does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Reporting a copyright claim
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send us a notice containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorised to act for them.
- Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail — a full URL is best — for us to find it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.
Please note that anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
We may restore the material if the original complainant does not begin court action within ten business days of us passing on your counter-notice.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly infringe the copyright of others will be terminated.
